FAU’s men’s basketball team is returning to the ESPN family of networks for the first time in more than four years.
The Owls’ Jan. 22 game against the University of Arkansas at Little Rock will be televised on ESPN2. The game will mark the basketball team’s first appearance on the ESPN network since playing North Carolina on Dec. 19, 2006.
The game’s tipoff time has changed from 7 p.m. to 1 p.m. to accommodate the television broadcast.
FAU is currently 8-6 and 2-0 on the season.
