On Oct. 27, SEEDS@FAU donned costumes to scare students walking along Tortuga Trail, west of the football stadium.
Since last semester, SEEDS@FAU has been adding benches and educational signs to the trail to help passerby learn about different plants and animals that live there, according to SEEDS@FAU vice president Joshua Scholl.
According to SEESD@FAU member Jasmine Coyle, “We are still working on the trail; it is about 50% done.” The environmental science grad student added, “It’s awesome for research projects and just to study, because it’s quiet compared to the Breezeway.”
