A resident student was playing around with his roommate when he became upset and started punching him.
According to reports, the resident was poking his roommate with a wooden sculpture hand until the roommate became upset and started punching him. The resident pushed his roommate out of the room and his roommate tripped, hitting his head on the wall.
The roommate who began throwing punches told police the horseplay reminded him of past bullying memories from high school.
The roommate complained of feeling dizzy from the fall and was transported to Boca Regional.
The resident student, who pushed his roommate out of his room, didn’t know about his roommate’s bullying and wanted to apologize to him.
No charges were filed.

No charges were filed for a domestic battery? I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. After all, FAUPDD not only HIRED but since he was such great cop, PROMOTED Jimmy Ho. Keep up the great work, FAU Police!
