This month, the FAU Potters’ Guild will be bringing their Semi-annual Pottery Show and Sale back to FAU (Boca campus). The three-day event will take place May 10-12, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Past shows were held in both winter and spring and flip-flopped between the Majestic Palm room and the Ritter Gallery. But this year, the Guild will be moving the show back to the Ritter Gallery.

The Department of visual art and art history sponsored event will feature original work by actual FAU students who make up the Guild.

The theme of the Pottery Show and Sale for the past two years has been “Clay and Fiber.” The works showcased and sold were exactly that.

Last spring’s show showcased everything pottery, from intricate pot designs to colorful sculptures, to even wall art.

The FAU Potters’ Guild Pottery Show and Sale takes place this coming Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
