Unidentified male body found on Palm Beach State College Boca campus (Update)

Update (5/2): According to FAU police, the unidentified man’s death was ruled a suicide. FAU police said they are not going to identify the man until his next of kin is warned.

he body of an unidentified male was found Monday morning in the Humanities and Technology Building on Palm Beach State College’s Boca campus.

FAU’s alert email sent a message to students, faculty and staff notifying them of FAU police’s investigation into the incident. According to the email, no foul play is suspected.

Palm Beach State College sent out a message over Twitter stating that classes were not canceled. Those who had a class within the cordoned-off building should meet outside the Classroom A and B buildings by the Office of the Provost.

According to FAU Police Chief Sean Brammer, the body was found by Palm Beach State College building security around 7:15 a.m.
